The Orange Coast Lariats website shares information about our square dancing club, Thursday lessons, Line Dancing between square dancing tips, social activities, and learning resources. These Terms of Use concern the website; they do not replace any separate event registration, membership agreement, or participation form.

You are welcome to browse the site and share links with friends. Please do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse personal contact details, or use the site for unlawful activities.

We aim to keep information current, but schedules, locations, and activities can change. Please contact the club before your first visit and confirm arrangements before traveling.

The beginner lesson is $6 a night, free through September for new dancers, and starts in September only and builds on the previous week’s learning. Club dances are for dancers who have graduated from the beginner lesson. Website information alone does not reserve a place or register you for an activity.

You do not need to be super fit, highly coordinated, or athletic to square dance. There are breaks between tips, but you should not have health issues that could affect your ability to dance safely. Obtain clearance from your doctor if needed.

The website provides general information, not medical advice. Listen to your body and stop or take a break if you feel unwell. These website terms are not a liability waiver for attending a lesson or dance.

Links are provided for learning and convenience; we cannot guarantee that every outside resource will always be available or accurate.

Photos, the club logo, and other website materials may belong to the club, photographers, or other rights holders. Sharing a link to a page is welcome; please request permission from the appropriate rights holder before copying or republishing photos or materials. A photo appearing here does not give permission to use a dancer’s likeness for advertising.

If you appear in a photo and have a concern, or believe material infringes your rights, contact the club with the page link and details so it can be reviewed.

We cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free website access. Nothing in these proposed terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

When the club approves or revises these terms, the updated version and its effective date will be posted on this page.
